Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions apply for all orders via our online shop.

Contractor, Customer Service
The purchase contract is concluded with Swiss Galoppers Europe BV (hereafter referred to as SG). Further information about us can be found in the imprint. Contract Completion
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the order button you enter a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of the order is made together with the acceptance of the order immediately after the sending by an automated e-mail. This confirmation of the purchase is the result of the purchase agreement.

The condition for an effective conclusion of the contract is always that the ordering process is completed by sending the order.

Prices
All sales prices stated in the shop are final prices in Euro, including the applicable VAT.

Shipping Cost
In addition to the product prices indicated, shipping costs are also added. You can find out more about the shipping costs at the offers or on the shipping cost overview in the online shop.

Payment
Payment is made in advance or one of the other payment methods offered.

Prepayment
If you select the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank account in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Self-recovery
We deliver only in transit. A self-recovery of the goods is not possible.

Packing Station
We do not deliver to packing stations.

Retention of title
The goods remain the property of SG until full payment is made.

Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain as soon as possible with the delivery person and please contact us immediately. The failure to reclamation or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. They help us, however, to meet our own claims against the transport company or to be able to make transport insurance.

Revocation Instruction
On the page Revocation Instruction all important information on the condition and consequences of the statutory right of revocation in the case of shipping orders are described. In addition, SG also provides a revocation form for exercise there.

We make use of the possibility to pay you the costs of the return as part of the exercise of the statutory right of revocation in the above instruction: You have to bear the regular costs of the return, if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods.

Return and exchange:
In principle, there is no automatic right to return or exchange hoof boots.

Due to incorrect orders (measurement errors by the customer), an exchange is possible if this has been agreed with SG customer service. Exchanges are only possible for unused hoof boots including accessories in the original packaging. The costs for postage and packaging shall be borne by the customer. Returns may only be made using the return letter sent by SG by E-Mail.

Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, any liability for damages in case of improper use and installation of the product, as well as for damage caused to third parties and equidae, shall be rejected. The rider/rider is responsible for the liability of third parties. A liability for normal wear and wear parts are excluded.

In the case of damage caused during the first 3 months (from the date of delivery), the amount of liability shall be limited to the purchase price held in the order confirmation.

These General Terms and Conditions and the contracts based on them shall be governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with this General Terms and Conditions shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
